So I 'almost' gave a good review because the bellboys were decent. But then I noticed the shower floor drain looked like it had seen better days and had a yellow hue. Really? ! Can't believe I had to settle for only 3 towels at the pool after insisting for a family of four. The nerve, right?

The dedicated poolside staff were attentive, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our family. we faced some minor issues with the mini-fridge and safes not functioning properly, which could use better maintenance.

Had a blast with my friends at this huge resort! We enjoyed multiple waterslides and a round of golf. The kids' pool area was perfect, boasting a cool splash zone with interactive water features. Breakfast was great with many delicious options, and the grounds were perfect for exploring or playing yard games.

One downside was the room cleanliness. Got a room with a shower that wasn't in great shape, which was a bit disappointing.
